Director General of LTD “Beregozashchita” Eduard Kushu and Chief Technician Ekateriva Avdeeva participated in the Russian satellite-based online workshop “Garant”. The subject of the seminar was “Complex Interrelated Issues of the Water and Land –use, Constructions near and on Water”. The workshop was conducted by the expert of land and related legislation, Ph.D. Mazurov Alexey. The lector confirmed: Conflicts of laws presence at the joint of land and ground The complexity of the determination of boundaries of a water object The overwhelming difficulty (almost impossibility) of the formalization of territorial legal documentations in order to build constructions on the land of water resources The alternativeness of the Federal Law “ABOUT ARTIFICIAL GROUND AREAS CONSTRUCTED ON WATER OBJECTS, SITUATED IN THE FEDERAL PROPERTY , AND ABOUT MAKINF AMENDMENTS TO CERTAIN LEGISLATIONS OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION”, which suggests enactment of a number of relevant secondary legislations. During the workshop Kushu asked the lector a number of questions, answers to which turned out to be unexpected and ambiguous. Unfortunately according the rules of the seminar, any discussions were not allowed.
